You could win 18 straight and only tie the series. I'd say we lead comfortably

The Landmass is a combined 34-19 in bowl games.

So, what your saying is, both schools in MS have played in fewer combined bowls than a simgle school in your division?

So does Bama over you 48-25... but you want to be their rivals. You should be ashamed we have beaten you 40 times.

It is if all you can come up with is 58-40-4 after I commented on how your fan base feels like you win 80% of its games against us. We will forever be a thorn in your side. Dwi

Having a significantly higher (or lower) win % than .500 in bowl games can be an indication that your team is getting put into bowls either way above or way below them too often.

It seems like a strong chance to me that when Ole Miss is good they don't get enough respect from the polls or bowl and get put into lower bowls than they deserve, thus they have a great win %.

Likewise if you win % is way below .500 it's a strong indication that you're being put in bowls too big for you.

Notre Dame had an NCAA record 9 game bowl losing streak from 1995 to 2007 and a lot of it had to do with them getting bigger bowl bids than they deserved, not only evidenced by the losses, but also how frequently they got absolutely blown out. 7 of those 9 losses they got crushed.

LSU vs ND 2007 Sugar Bowl.
41-14

Alabama vs ND Natty

42-14 (i think)

Why do the fans of teams with nothing to brag about always get on this board and find things to brag about that have no historic value
yeah we have a great bowl record. ok what bowls were they again? oh wait! The only things that matter history wise are: SEC championships, BCS bowls and NC's. Until Ark,miss st, miss, texas A&M,Mizz,USC have one of these 3 then please refrain from starting these types of threads

You're not very bright

Two of those teams have BCS bowls
Three of those teams have national titles

I'd suggest you refrain from posting in threads that require thought.
