The facts are gonna be exactly what they are and we won't know what it is until they release it. I still have some connections to the athletic department and they aren't saying shite to anyone. So forgive me if I don't believe some random-assed msu, LSU, etc. message board posters when they keep regurgitating bullshite.
We only have to deal in known facts. The NCAA punishment structure is easy to find: LINK

Did that make you feel better?
There's a few things that you're ignoring.
If this is an amended NOA, it doesn't mean that we're a repeat offender as it is still one NOA.
While we are on a self-imposed probation, the NCAA hasn't accepted it as of yet.
If the new infractions happened before the original NOA, then that also doesn't constitute being a repeat offender.

Who said anything about "repeat offender"?

Ole Miss hasn't paid anyone to sign with Ole Miss. Pay to play doesn't happen very often in college as much as people think it does.
What are you smoking?

Oh....you're just making shite up.
Yeah when this first broke Black Bears were saying this was all made up.
Your school and stupid boosters took cheating to an outrageous level and have embarrassed the conference badly. The players publicized are far from the only ones with a dirty story to tell.
Your Head Coach should be fired and the AD should be fired for lying and enabling him.
There is a complete lack of institutional control in Oxford.

Sorry. I know that you want to believe what you want to believe....but it is factual that attorneys in Birmingham are the ones directly dealing with the NCAA. This isn't just something that I'm making up. This is why we waited almost the entire 90 days that the NCAA gives you to respond before making the content of the allegations public.
That is what happened. If what happened is out of protocol, then you need to take it up with the NCAA.
What you're making up is the notion that having the attorney handle response somehow magically shields it from a FOIA request. You don't seem to understand that the attorney is nothing more than an extension of the university and in that role he's governed by the same laws and rules as the school.
There are legitimate reasons to withhold documents that would otherwise be subject to release and one of those reasons is to protect an ongoing investigation. OM has an obligation to investigate and respond to whatever allegations are in this new letter. That obligation, and not some imaginary trick of giving the letter to the lawyer, is why they delayed releasing the first letter and can legitimately delay releasing this one until they finish crafting their response.

And why the hell would anyone affiliated with the OM Administration release a response with details of anything in the investigation before they absolutely have to make it public?
OM doesn't owe the public a damn thing, keep this shite private for as long as possible. JMO

FOIA request are for public entities. Universities, government agencies, etc. Not private companies contracted by a university.
