Lets recap. Over the last 2 years we've seen Rick Barnes, Bruce Pearl, and Ben Howland all join the conference. All 3 are significant upgrades over what we have. Then you have Bama committing to winning by throwing tons of money at Marshall and will likely land an upgrade as well. Then you look in state where tu upgrades with Shaka Smart. This is incredibly frustrating seeing our competition get better and better while we sit pat with a bad coach.

So auburn hires pearl last year, rick barnes is heading to UT, MSU hires howland, texas hires shaka.....and we stay with billy. This shite my fellow aggys just fricking sucks

So the rumor about Stansbury in talks with Avery to join the Alabama staff on tRant...any legs to that rumor? It would make sense if you think about it. Avery has had an entire year to create a relationship through his son with the guy who single handedly improved Aggie Basketball from a CBI team to an NIT team (expressing my inner CGSC here )
