Can't tell any friends until Saturday which is lame as shite.
I was hoping for a boy, but now I'm so happy it's a girl.
She hasn't even been born yet and already owns me, and I've told my gf that I will never be able to discipline a baby girl.
I definitely feel like mom will be the villain.
Any other bros with daughters feel that way?

Having a daughter was the best thing that ever happened to me. I say it all the time, but every man should be lucky enough to have a daughter. They are totally awesome.
I love my son, but there's a special bond with my daughter that I can't explain. She changed me more than anything else ever has.

I have a Girl on the way as well. Ask your GF what it's like to be carrying the new #2 of the house inside her. Mounts for a good show..

I got lucky and had a boy. I wouldn't be able to handle a little girl. I would end up murdering the first little boy to make her cry.

My daughter is 7 and into pretty rad things already. She requests Depeche Mode or Talking Heads anytime she gets in my car. I've taught her how to play chess and have started teaching her how to dominate boys with her brain. I ain't all that worried about the boys when she gets older. Just be real subtle if you ask one of her boyfriends to go hunting in the future. You can't hate a dude then expect him to enjoy a day out with you in the woods that ultimately leads to him being shot with a high powered rifle.
