Like I said, other than my wife my 3 year old daughter is my best friend.
Last night we went out in the front yard with a wiffle ball and bat to practice swinging and making contact with a pitched ball.
She's 3 frickin' years old and no joke she hit about 40 percent of the underhanded pitches that I threw to her. This isn't tee ball I'm talking about. She was hitting balls that I was throwing to her from at least 6 feet away. That's a big deal!
She holds the bat correctly and intently listens to me when I constantly remind her to keep her eyes on the ball and make certain she connects the bat to the ball.
She's WAY more advanced than other children her age. Way more advanced. She's her father 2.0.
Gotdamn I love her!
And now I have another one that is less than 6 months old that is already super cool...she farts and giggles about it.
