I say there is a chance that Rocky Top will once again be home for the holidays this year. Let's look at the schedule

Utah State - This is a decent team, no longer the pushover they used to be. Tennessee has to come ready to play here.

Arkansas State - Question mark as they can't hold down a coach. No excuses to lose this one though

@ Oklahoma - Not happening IMO. Oklahoma is the best Big 12 team for 2014 and Tennessee isn't there yet, especially in Norman

@ Georgia - After the meltdown last year Tennessee will be looking for revenge. Georgia is having to replace some players so this game isn't out of the question

Florida - Do the Vols finally end the streak or do the Gators continue the dominiation?

Chattanooga - lol

@ Ole Miss - Does Hugh Freeze lose another game with his coaching? Does he finally capitalize on his recruiting classes?

Alabama - Not seeing it

@ South Carolina - Tough road game even with the win last year.

Kentucky - Should be the most winnable conference game.

Missouri - By the time this game rolls around we will know if Mizzoui was a fluke in 2013 or for real.

@ Vanderbilt - Vanderbilt more than any other SEC team will take a step back in 2014.

IMO:

W Utah State
W Arkansas State
L Oklahoma
L Georgia
W Florida
W Chattanooga
L Ole Miss
L Alabama
L South Carolina
W Kentucky
W Missouri
W Vanderbilt

7-5 and the bowl drought ends. Though 7-5 is a step in the right direction does it satisfy the Vol faithful who are expecting more?

YES

And it will continue till Coach bullshite is shown the door, but not under this present administration because they need a lapdog to get their coffee.

I will be content with that. It's not easy to replace your entire OL and DL in the SEC + Oklahoma + Utah State.

I mean, its hard to be happy with 7-5, but after the past few years, this is a huge step in the right direction, especially considering our inexperienced O-line and D-line, youth in the skill position, inexperience at QB, and ridiculous schedule. Plus that would get us to a bowl game. But, most logical Vol fans can see that were still a year away from competing for the SEC.

A lot, but we've also continued to schedule tough OOC games at the present. We don't back down
