Doesn't sound like he did anything wrong, at least not from the info we have. "Resisting arrest" and "failure to obey" could just mean he was told to cut some music down or some shite and laughed at the cops, cops got pissed not everyone fears them, tries to arrest him, he's like hell naw, they arrest him.

Per BOL it was that he and his friends were playing their music too loud and it escalated from there.

Yeah if that is the case he shouldn't be punished by Saban. If anything Saban should walk into the police station blaring some music and throwing middle fingers and benjamins at everyone in there.
