Don't forget, he's what, 18? Definitely not gonna be a problem and probably not indicative of who TB is. Saban will find some minor thing to hit him with, but hopefully Saban realizes from the Eddie Jackson stuff that he needs to play some guys over others based on talent.

Is it sad that I'm relieved that this was all it was? I agree it's immature, but after the funion four last year I'm glad it wasn't worse. Hope Tony learned a lesson and that he matures.

sure and when the police tell you to do something you do it..he has already shown he will defy authority within two weeks in town. I don't think you could crap up the start of your college football career any worse then being arrested, regardless the reason.
