For those who follow Suttles, do this.

Click on the retweet about TB being a kid away from home.

Go to the girls feed who said she was there.

Go back through her feed to Saturday night, she was tweeting about what was happening.

No one has said what he did is OK. They are just saying what he did didn't warrant getting arrested and pepper sprayed.

None of us were there so to say why or why not the pepper spray is being purely speculative. Pepper spray is better then a baton blow to the head or a bullet to the leg. I think Pepper spray is probably better then being tasered. When someone is resisting arrest you have to arrest him someway and if a few jump on him and rough him up then you sure would be complaining about brutality.

Exactly what I'm saying. Would like to see the video or hear the whole story before casting judgment.

Or, you know, a couple of grown men just naturally being able to detain an 18 year old.

Well yeah.

No doubt.

I'm not complaining about brutality, I'm stating what I've been told before. Depending on the exact reasoning for use of pepper spray, some places consider it brutality and have let officers go for it.

Not as easy as it sounds. Also, cop could've been a woman. Saw one on Queen City today pulling someone over.

also an 18 year old stud athlete would be hard for most men who work for a police department to bring down one on one. Taser spray would neutralize things and keep things from becoming more chaotic.

I was just speculating. I haven't seen anything indicating the gender of the cops.

What do you mean neutralize? Unless TB was swinging, no need to "neutralize". Cuff him and get on with it.If he squirms he squirms.

resisting arrest right? if you don't think you can cuff him then you neutralize him with pepper spray..Police could have been outnumbered and if there was a fight they would have been on the losing end. if there were 7 athletes in a room with 2 cops then I can see how a person resisting arrest would call for something in order to cuff him

I'm sure they're all stupid enough to start a fight with armed men.

Broker, maybe it's just me, but from the tone of your posts you seem all in on condemning TB...
