Nothing else to say.

That and we have zero winning plays in the redzone. Our OL is mediocre so we can't score with the running game and we can't come up with a pass play that opens up a receiver. Bottom line: we have insufficient innovation on offense in the redzone. We blow our wad getting into scoring range and have nothing left when the field is contracted near the goal line.

To be fair, the O-Line hasn't picked up a single blitz all game.

Hunter Manson according to Holtz

Bad thing is, we could have Peyton Manning coming in, and Mason would still start.

Doesnt look like Mason is going to be the answer at QB next year

I'd like to see a aura come in for 1 series. If he stinks it up I will shut up

I normally don't agree so early..but Mason does not have it..he is not comfortable in the pocket, he makes bad choices with the ball...he is slow to deliver and his throwing motion is a problem....I hope I eat my words but he is going to be gargantuan step down from murray next year...

Does not look like he is confident throwing the football into man coverage and/or the outside guys are not getting open. He also does not seem to have any zip on the ball. He is getting time and just not throwing it. Not sure what has happened, but he looks like he is not seeing the field like he was against Tech.

It baffles me how you dipshits (not you directly Nytro) but others on the board in general, want to throw away the season next year when we're playing uninspired football in a god damn mother fricking stadium we played 3 months ago... and against the same god damn mother fricking team we played last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Explain this please... How does he not "have it"? I'm curious to hear your evaluation...

I want to know how Mason is able to defy the laws of Physics...... and float a ball in the air for as long as he does....
The ball comes out of his hand and floats like a frisbee.

I think Masons struggles have A LOT to do with receivers not getting open.

That's no reason to play as poorly as we've seen Georgia, and Mason, play the first 3 quarters.
If the starters aren't interested, then sit them and let the rest try. I'd rather lose bad with terrific effort than lose a close game for players not caring.

Last I checked we still have an entire 4th quarter and we're only down by 5...

He doesn't lead his receivers well, he overthrows, his passes are not confidently thrown, no authority, often floated, his footwork is awful which is 60 percent of his problem, good footwork greatly improves passing as well as the obvious ability to roll out, rush, etc...his delivery is going to cause him to throw to overthrow receivers and then he will compensate under throwing leading to interceptions.. What else do you want to hear from me that isn't obvious to everyone watching...
If your picking an argument, I'm not pinning this performance on Mason, our team looks awful, flat, undisciplined, slow, whatever you want to call it, Oline, special teams, quaterback play, and even Gurley looks slow, particularly in the first half you name it...my opinion is in regards to Mason being the successor to Murray. Again, I hope I am wrong, but he doesn't appear to have that special "really good quarterback" value to him....jmho tifwiw,,,and deal with it..

What are you arguing here?? For the sake of arguing? It is not about losing and winning,,we look like sh#t the first 3 quarters..that's a fact,,, Are you an apologist by nature, or did your wife bite your nuts off on your first date? I would like to hear an evaluation of your vagina-ness??

All i'm saying... at the moment... he hasn't done anything to cost us the game. Yeah his footwork, arm strength, accuracy, etc... looks a little shaky. If he continues to manage the game and not turn the ball over, we'll be in every single game next year. I'm not saying he's the best QB we've ever had, I'm just saying he hasn't done anything incredibly stupid yet. He's come close, but not yet.

This business of you fricksticks throwing away the 2014 season over a shitty bowl performance as a team is laughable.
