Don't want him to leave, but can't blame him if he does. Doubt he'll get the job though.

What do you want us to say? Long is good at his job but I will not lose sleep if he leaves. The only time I ever care about who our AD is is when we're hiring a new coach, and we're set in basketball and football for a while.
