How is BDP doing recruiting so far?

Haven't really had anyone commit since we hired him so no idea really, but, most likely, he came in way too late in the game to have any real effect this year.

Yeah of course they want to sit on the Bama bench and watch the others win a natty. I can't wait for Mark Emmert to leave. Saban will be right behind

It'll be interesting to follow his Texas recruits next year.

this is kind of baffling.
His brother plays there.
Also, chances we get Richardson to qualify?
Could really use him

His core classes are fine supposedly. Just up to him to make high enough on the ACT I believe. Easier part is all he lacks IMO

I think Bowie is going to MSU

If there's an area we can afford to lose a commit, it's receiver

Still a symbolic loss considering how "solid" he has been
Gotta win the war of perception, Bear controlled media, you know?

Worst part of it all is that would mean we get none of the top 10 players in Mississippi when 2 of them had been committed to us with him and Gay. To lose them both to State is just embarrassing. For the major university of the state to get 0 of the top 10 players in that state is pathetic. NCAA investigation or not, that should never happen.

Bowie was quoted as saying he would play corner at Ole Miss, if there's a position we need help at besides rb and linebacker, it's cornerback.

I'm available to take Richardson's ACT for him if necessary for him to qualify.
@ me, Cordarrian.

I know it's not a position of need but have any of you seen Brandon Smith? I watched him at the 7 on 7 this summer the kid is unreal. 6'3" 205 WR from Lake Cormorant. 1400 yards 16tds his junior year, 1500 yards 19tds his senior year. Committed to Iowa, we didn't offer.

Well actually, aside from a couple of kids who once live in states where they are going for college and location (i.e. the coast) it's all about the NCAA thing. Plain and simple. If it weren't for that, given the trend Freeze established, we'd be just fine.

I hope Bjork sees how Trump is handling the media and the presidency and takes some tips on how to handle the NCAA

When was the last time we landed 0 of Mississippi's top 10? I'd be kinda shocked if Bowie sticks, meaning we'd get shut out. Don't get me wrong, I'd be ecstatic about getting someone like Richardson to qualify in the 11th hour, and I'm liking a lot of the moves we're putting together late, but how did we botch MS (not to mention some legacy croots in and out of state) so badly? Is there more to it than stealing Auburn's Big Book of Cheating?

Nope. That's about it in a nutshell.

That appears to be driven by a perceived lack of opportunity at receiver. If early playing time is that important to him, I think we've already lost him

I heard this, I heard that... Nobody knows nuttin'.

Have you heard anything about former 4* DT Breiden Fehoko? He is transferring from Texas Tech and apparently OM did an in-home visit with him tonight.
