That sounds like shite, why risk it? If he's a good enough back, you let him know you want him and don't risk him actually qualifying and never coming to your school

I agree. Definitely sounds like bullshite unless there's more baggage than just grades to the situation. His out of nowhere commitment to Maryland and ultimate signing with UCF is bizarre as it is. If he qualifies, good for him, if not, who knows if he's worth a look in a few years

We need a well coached team playing like their hair is on fire instead of matador defense. That will correct any downward trend in recruiting.

I think crimedog will have the secondary much improved, I mean it couldn't be much worse. But what he'll do to improve the lb and dline play I'm not so sure.

Talent has already improved LB tremendously before they even step on the field.
