Well what is BBQ to you? Drowning it in tomato based sauce?

Personally I love memphis dry rub the most for ribs.

I prefer Carolina vinegar for pulled pork.

I like Texas for smoked brisket.

Kc is a little odd as they are a blend of all 3.

Memphis hosts BBQ fest, memphis puts out the best product, memphis wins.

This is ignorant. The correct answer is whatever you grew up eating. I grew up eating North Carolina BBQ, so that's the best. For me. I don't give a shite if you like it or not.

No it's not, jackass.

It's Tennessee. The answer is Tennessee.
So now Tennessee wants to claim Memphis? Make up your minds.

Not Texas.

Texas obviously has by far the best bbq, but we're not a southern state

So I'll go with Alabama.

I still think Texas is top but South Carolina is pretty damn good. Was not impressed with Memphis but it might have just been the places I went.

I've lived in South Carolina. It sucks. They frick it up with mustard based sauce. All they knew how to do if pork. Any a-hole can smoke pork.

I certainly don't. Memphis can be its own entity with the capital being East Memphis. East Tn and memphis are like different worlds.

Tennessee - specifically, Memphis-style ribs. If you have to put sauce on your ribs, then you fricked up.
