Not any bad experiences. It's more about supporting smaller shops when I'm able to. They're sort of like the Wal-Mart of online cigar shopping.

Sometimes but not always. They usually have some kickass samplers though. I just bought the Endless Summer Sampler and it looks awesome.

Just got a bundle of 20 Gurkha Black Ops hananos for about $50 and I gotta say I'm impressed. I wasn't expecting much given the price but they are very tasty. I recommend trying them if you're looking for an economical daily smoke.
