I'm going to try the EP Carillo La Historia maduro tonight. It received a 95 rating and runs about $10. I'm anxious to see how much I enjoy it.

Let us know how it is. I have been curious about that stick.

I like all the carillos I've ever tried. I'm currently puffing on a perdomo habana corojo and its really good. Even burn, nice draw, and lots of thick smoke. It's a winner in my book.

Try the Perdomo Champagne Sungrown if you haven't already. Great tasting smoke.

So... I ended up smoking a Miami Arsenio by Casa Fernandez tonight. Runs around $9-10. This is an underrated stick. Really smooth draw. Good burn (even though that's usually more of a result of maintenance).

I just happen to have one of those in my humidor. Can't wait to try it. Might just be a two stick night. It's nice out.

Smoking on this one now. Great smoke. I wish it didn't have to end.

I smoked the Carillo La Historia last night. It was a ridiculously good stick for $10. Full of flavor and the draw was very very smooth. It definitely lived up to the 95 rating.

What would you compare the flavors to? I need to pick one up and try it.

Very much a cocoa taste in the beginning. It seemed really well balanced though, not much sharpness or spice to it at all.

Sounds like a good one.
I caught a deal from Cigars International that had Alec Bradley Prensado's, CAO America's and Don Pepin Blue Labels. 15 cigars for $49!

I hope the Prensado's are decent. If they are it will make it one hell of a deal.

That's a great deal. I'm gonna have to check that out. I love the prensados. I've only had the toro and I'm assuming that deal is for robusto, but it should still be a great smoke I'd think.

What does everybody like to drink with your sticks? I like a good ipa myself.

They are the Robusto. What other cigars you have had would you compare the Prensaso with flavor and strength-wise?

I have wanted to light up but battling sinus shite and can't taste a thing.

Anybody in here have their own humidor? What do your readings normally stay at?

Between 69-72. I feel over that creates a difficult draw.

Gel jars or Boveda humidity packs regulate it pretty well.

Yeah my Humidity is usually around 71-72, but the temp hangs around 73-74. Those numbers are fine but I'd love the temp to be a bit lower.
