Best: Reagan. Had his faults, as any other President has, but great communicator and brought the parties together on a lot of issues.

Worst: Sitting in office now. Easily replaces the ineptness of Carter.

Among the worst:

Carter - just totally inept
GWB - Patriot Act
Clinton - scandalous President who is more responsible for 9/11 than Bush, appointed the likes of Reno, Holder and Elders to positions they weren't fit for. No telling how much harm was done, due to his focus on his coverups, instead of doing his duty. Hillary's Universal Healthcare, done in secret.

Me thinks you nailed this one perfectly, most of the youngsters will say Reagan is the worst due to the fact they've been through indoctrination training, err public education the past 30 yrs.
