Couldn't find another Brady, so let's hire his QB coach and pray .. same goes for the new DC - neither coordinator has ever actually coached at their new positions.
Brady had never coached on the offensive side of the ball and still rolled out a better offense than old washed up Jumbo.
You h8 2 c it

The same question I asked earlier. They have Arkansas beating Texas but winning one SEC game? That doesn't add up, if you beat Texas then you are winning more than one SEC game.

Depends on the QB situation. If Franks stayed then I would have had them at 7-5 or at best 8-4. Now they are looking at 5-7/6-6.

If the west is that good I don’t see Bama running through the entire schedule unscathed

No doubt.
If you beat big bro Texas then surely you'll easily handle lil bro Texas A&M

LSU has a decided advantage with their QBs both returning
One of those 2 qbs had a 59% completion percentage and the other completed 60%
The new OC was the qb coach at Carolina Panthers last year (his only year as Panthers qb coach) and the qbs total threw 16 touchdowns and 16 interceptions. Only 2 teams had less tds and only 2 teams threw more interceptions.
Oh, and it's the first year this guy has ever been an offensve coordinator and called plays. Not looking good for LSU

And Bryce Young had a 59.1% completion percentage.

Joe Brady was in charge of that offense. Are you saying Joe Brady is also not a good coach?

yeah. We've been over this before. Bryce Young was coming in reserve with the rest of the 2nd and 3rd team, including linemen, blocking backs, and receivers. The 2 LSU qbs were playing with the first team.

The two LSU quarterbacks were also playing first team defenses with games on the line while Bryce Young was playing in garbage time vs reserves.

everybody knows LSU sucked. We don't even have to be reminded

I have A&M, LSU, and Bama tied at 1 in the West. A&M and Bama have QB's that better be able to play well. Big Ed and his bunch have to prove they can get back to playing really good football again.

That's cool, just pointing out that your statement about completion percentage doesn't really mean shite.
We saw Joe Burrow's go from 57.7% to 76.3% in one offseason.
Many players improve a significant amount between their first and second years of being a starter.

Kirk McNair is awful. Biggest homer ever, whines all the time and is the king of GET OFF MY LAWN hot takes.
Let's all take a moment to realize Daniel was scouring an Alabama board and posted SEC West predictions as a "247 sports prediction" when in fact it's an Alabama homer mod prediction

They have us going 10-2 but OM fans are legitimately worried about losing to Liberty.
also @ the triggered MSU fans who are more upset about OM's prediction than them predicted to go 0-8. Never change.

Way too early to give Bama that 12-0 prediction with Bryce Young, not sold on his abilities w/ 4 new starters on OL. The first half of that schedule is a grind for once.
Even with Saban recruits hard to iagine we have as much talent going as left. Lost the best play calling oc I have ever seen. I can see Bama dropping one early.
Yep, that will be Arkansas!

It absolutely does mean shite. It means neither were elite qbs last year. In fact, as you yourself noted, their completion percentage was about the same as the true freshman at Alabama that was coming in with the 2nd and 3rd team.
There is a possibility that they will all 3 improve, though the likelihood is better that the guy playing with the 2nd and 3rd team last year will improve more, playing now with the first unit Alabama team.

Wait a second, Ole Miss is playing Liberty this season? How did miss this?!?!
Why in the world would Ole Miss schedule a game against Hugh Freeze?

I haven't seen anyone state that they were

Not sure why you also leave out the fact that he was playing in garbage time AGAINST other team's reserves also.
Oh yeah, guess that hurts your narrative

Most of the guys he was playing with last year will be your "first unit" this year, at least at receiver, the backs, and along the line.
