A&M's entire offense a couple years ago was watch Manziel run all over the field before chunking it through the air praying its caught by Mike Evans. Neither of those guys play for A&M now. I would be shocked if they are the #1 offense in the SEC in 2015.

I also think State's offense should rank higher than at least LSU, Mizzou, Florida, Kentucky, and Ole Miss.

Um, we had the most passing yards in the SEC in 2014:

Can you blame me when your coach is the more interesting man in the world?

Didn't we hang 40+ on your defense not too long ago…. twice?
Only once actually. And you still lost.

MSU is better at QB than Ole Miss...that's it. In no way should MSU be ranked above Ole Miss in offense or defense rankings.

Every thread on here turns into an LSU - Ole Miss pissing match.

VERY early 2015 Mizzou O - top three when we run. Bottom three if we pass.

Disagree. Jennings is better than that Kelly kid. And they have Fournette.
Well, that's all fine and dandy, but Les Miles' offensive shortcomings cause the LSU offense to almost always play, look and manage a game terribly. We know Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris are bad, but Swag Kelly is an unknown right now. Plus, it's look like it's hard to be better than anything LSU has at the position...

Also, Ole Miss has had a better offense, more often than not, vs Power 5 Conferences under Hugh Freeze:

2012
Ole Miss 30.0 PPG
LSU 29.1 PPG

2013
Ole Miss 29.9 PPG
LSU 34.8

2014
Ole Miss 26.7 PPG
LSU 25.2 PPG

Why not? In 2014 even with a better QB than you'll have this year, Ole Miss was 7th in total offense. I realize we lose Robinson and the o-line, but our run game is generally solid every year and with Prescott and our receivers, I'm not worried as much about our offense.

Also, why are you talking about defense in a thread about offense? I know your defense is good. It's why you won so many games last year.

Well, two is more than one, and we all know LSU has had the superior talent on offense outside of quarterback.

Sidenote, that offense featured Jeremy Hill, Odell Beckham Jr, Jarvis Landry and Mett.
