If it has not risen, why did you and the rest of Tiger Stadium rush the field? You only rush the field when you upset much better programs or accomplish a big milestone.

Egg Bowl 2012. Rushed the field after winning against eventual 8-5 Miss State. Are they a better program? Big Milestone?

Rising for OM means LSU fans rushing the field? That's quite pathetic.

Not at all. I'm not going to rain on y'all's parade. Huge program win. Kudos.

Yup, it was a big milestone. Freeze took a 2-10 team and became bowl eligible with that win, in the SEC West.

Next?

I like 3 yard TD's a lot more than 30 yard INT's

I would too if Jennings and Harris were my QBs.

1-0 vs Ole Miss as a starter

No, you had wins over Central Arkansas, UTEP, Pittsburgh, and Tulane. You beat 3-9 Auburn and 4-8 Arkansas, those were your only victories "in the SEC West."

Your worst season in 15 years, and you lose your only good coach to a division rival? Bold move, Cotton.

Do aTm fans ever get tired of spouting the same nonsense over and over?

Auburn's offense will be the class of the conference this year. Way too much talent and they love playing wide open.

I hope you are right, but we lost a lot on offense. I hope they will be as good or possibly upgrades, but at this point, it is hard to tell.

Not sure it really matters, I think the offense will be good enough to win most games even if it is less productive than last year as long as the defense does not implode again.

Nah, he'll probably make it 2-0 this year, he really doesn't even have to play that well to beat Ole Miss, as I'm sure you saw.

Still got it done. We lost to Vandy, A&M, and LSU in the last seconds of each game. We had something like only 55 scholly players going into that season. While those were losses/moral victories, we were the better team...just had absolutely zero depth or experience.

Umm, he threw a "fricking dime" TD in that game...clearly he played out of the world just by accomplishing that.
