A few notes from today's scrimmage.
Stidham threw an INT. The pass was tipped by Tre Williams caught and returned for a td.
CJ Tolbert is making a case for 3rd string rb
Kam Martin is getting work at safety.
Woody Barrett did slight better. Still not good numbers
WRs were better today
Defense outplayed offense again
Hastings was the favorite target again.
Offense only scored 1 td
Biggest offensive play was a 30 yards passing from Willis to McClain

Very similar to last spring and fall when the reports were the offense was struggling. Those turned out to be true.

I'm not worried about stidhams int. A tip ball is a tip ball.
The defense may be better than last year too. We held some potent offenses way below average.
I'm at the point where I just can't get up or down based on practice reports because we never really know what is happening.

Should be noted that Pettway and KJ did not play. We focused on finding 3rd tailback. I would hope defense would dominate with out top 2 backs not out there

Ford was pretty awful at safety and a shitty arse tackler for 3 solid years. Hell we had UGA beat until he facemasked a dude .

Ford is the best safety we have had in over a decade. He will be a draft pick and have a long NFL career.
