Offering the IPO would have been smart but if Lanier = Gus then Lanier will continue to make lures out of his shed, not live up to the expectations of his angler customers, and ultimately have his competition jump way ahead of him

Well lets hope that Lanier gets his sh** together, starts living up to his potential, surrounds himself with quality people who can add to his ideas and gets that IPO going.

Well, I have adapted the "Gus" way of thinking
I had guys who only needed to catch one small fish to win a torment so I sold them small worms and jigs to do so. Now I just make them a 4oz spinnerbait with #8 blades on it, two trailing twin tails and neon lights.
