insider on da bunka said Lashlee will not be back at Auburn next year. He's a coach, himself. It was PFD for those who know him.

anyways, IMO, that is excellent news because we need someone who is known for grooming QBs. I wouldn't mind DC moving to the QB coach role, unless the new OC is a QB guy.

If Craig is QB Coach, Boise State Eliah Drinkwitz

If we hire QB Coach/OC - Major Applewhite

It'll be interesting to see how he does on his own. He probably knows the offense better than anyone outside of Gus Malzahn, but how well is he at preparing it? Grooming it? Fitting it to inherited players? Exploiting opposing defense?

Good luck to him.

I never thought I'd see Gus do this.

I hope he goes out and has success somewhere.

I think Malzahn needs a fresh perspective to bounce ideas off of instead of his own protege.

This is the same "insider" who posted twice that Lawson was going to play against LSU. Once only 2 days before the game. I seriously doubt that personnel decisions have already been made.

when you're 4-4, yes, personnel decisions are made by now in some cases.

This has been posted on our board before in a thread...I forgot which one.

Ellitor followed up by saying he didn't think this info was meant to be public already...it was about 2 weeks ago.
