Do you think the OLine will suddenly forget how to block?
I don't think anyone expects the line to forget how to block. My concern, and it may be the concern of others, is a change in line scheme or expectations. Will the new OL coach want his line to zone block, gap block or man block? Does he want big, hefty hard to move guys or smaller, leaner, faster guys on the line?

To me changing O line coaches is like changing D coordinators - how will the existing players fit that scheme? Will they need to bulk up, will they need to slim down? Will recruiting change based on the new coach's preferred lineman type? If he moves on in a year or two, will we have to revamp the linemen again to fit another o-ine coach's preferences?

One game improvement

Since you have a hard time of keeping up with the discussion let me try to make it simple for you.

First off the 8 games was for regular season so that would be a 2 game improvement, and let's remember I did say no less than 8.

However, had you read the post I was responding to you would have learned it was in reference to my prediction of 5-7 for 2016 based on current players and conditions. So actually 8 is a 3 game improvement over my 5-7 prediction that the faux Auburn fan posted.

So to put it in a way that you can understand my prediction of wins for Auburn is:

POTATO
