Probably no help here. Mine's as basic as it can get, but if anyone else is interested:

Half cup of strawberries
Half a banana
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
1 cup lowfat milk
Ice as needed

Sometimes I'll add some peanut butter.

I'll look in my new blender book when I get home to see what's in there.

Here's the protein smoothie in the book:

Protein Power Crunch

3/4 c milk
1/4 c hemp granola
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder, 2 tbsp of soy, rice, hemp or whey protein
1 c ice cubes

Optional: 1 tbsp nuts or 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Calories: 420
Fat 9g
Sat Fat 4g
Cholesterol 80 mg
Sodium 190 mg
Carbs 65g
Fiber 7g
Sugar 37g
Protein 32g

There's a lot more here that you could just add some protein power to to make them higher in protein.

Just killed a double cheeseburger with a side of Lays BBq chips. Keeping it healthy by grilling the burgers and adding fresh lettuce, onion and tomatoes.

Oh, got in a little cardio this morning. I couldn't get a parking spot very close, so I had to hoof it a little farther than usual.

Fat-Free frozen yogurt (vanilla)
1 Scoop - protein powder (strawberry cream)
Bananas (fresh)
Strawberries (fresh)
1% Milk

About 418 calories

Very simple.

I don't really measure anything except for the protein, I'm one of those "well, that looks about right" guys.

I did triceps and shoulders yesterday, biceps and back the day before. Today is legs, yuck.

I know I shouldn't be, but I'm always amazed at how much better my workouts are after I had a good dinner the night before.

Roast chicken with vegetables last night, plyo this morning, sipping on a protein smoothie now.

Snowing again in LR.
