Beef chebureki, lulya kebab, calf brain, cow thymus, and beef heart for dinner tonight. My fiancee also tried some lamb testicle but I didn't have the balls to eat any. It was all really good, but I'll say that it's always really weird to floss brain out of your teeth.

edit: these are not things we usually eat; we felt adventurous and went to a nearby kosher Uzbeki restaurant

anyone use creatine?

I'm 6' 160 and rotate arms abs legs and cardio

I can workout an extra couple sets with it. After being on it for a week I'll get sick as shite and stop taking it for a week. I start back up on it every other week.

Am I fricking up my immune system from over-working or is it the creatine?

Is it just a waste of time and money?

I have before, a few years ago.

How much are you taking? You may want to try a different form, like kre alkyln. Mono can cause an upset stomach in some people.

If you're like me, and you may be, I have to take extra glutamine when I work out or I'm prone to getting sick. High intensity training can drain your glutamine stores (your immune system needs glutamine).

Also, make sure you're getting plenty of recovery time, people really underestimate the importance of rest for muscle building, you need more rest than you think.

get aftershock it's got a mix of creatine and other stuff for right after you work out, it's good stuff, taking straight creatine is hard to do.

I take 12 gs of mono a day on weeks i use it
Creatine

thanks for the tip I'll need to pick up some glutamine.

I usually go a day between working the same muscle groups but I probably need to space it out a little more.

i've used it for awhile it's legit for just an all in one. i think it's good to switch it up after you've gone through a product and keep giving your body different stuff to respond to.

Last night I did chest/tris/abs, ate a big bowl of Swiss muesli with four scoops of strawberry yogurt and some milk, and watched us beat Auburn in 2OT before going to bed.

yesterday i worked out with a hangover after a work happy hour and my damn trainer killed me and made me pay for it.

I ate like crap last night, too. Time to cleanse the system today. I guess I'm too old to be drinking on the nights before my work out days. Since when is 35 old?

It's not! We're the same age!

Eating has been pretty good, but no workout yesterday or today. I'm slacking...

Although I did put together some IKEA furniture last night...that counts, right?

It looks cool, I'm installing it on my phone now. I don't run much outside atm but I might use it to track how much I walk around NYC on a daily basis.

brb going to the corner cafe to test it out

I'm going to try it out saturday. I like how it lets you set goals and interact with friends on it for motivation. I guess it can be used for any kind of work out?

According to the app I walked 0.13 miles from my office to the cafe that's on the corner of the same block.

It's probably not very accurate the way I used it but would be better for an actual run. It said it didn't have a good GPS signal when I turned it on, so it probably thought I moved several blocks when the signal got better and it got my real position.

It has a 'weight training' workout option but I turned it on the timer just started increasing. I can't tell what it's actually supposed to do. Timing a weightlifting session is probably the worst way to measure progress.

edit: it looks like this will be really useful for distance exercises, but not for anything like lifting

Yes, but I also burned quite a few calories by jumping up and down and throwing things when one of the pieces of one of the components the entertainment center had a huge crack in it!

Had an odd craving for eggs for lunch, so I had one whole egg and one egg white. And one piece of bacon!
