CKD is the man now and can do as he wants, but this bothers me a tad. Just a tad too BBQ boys (in an opposite sort of way).
Bring the entire offensive staff. Bring admin, analyst, player support, hell, even S&C. But to not have any defensive staff with SEC ties is, well, going to be a real eye-opening experience.
Michigan will seem like a Swedish message once the SEC grind hits.

Would you say it’s possible that the Saban defenses haven’t been dominating in years because the units aren’t as talented and having Pete Golding F it up from 2019-2022?
I think the 2016 defense, as they were, would be the best D in CFB even today.

Sounds like it is. Folks are saying it's a co-DC spot (which, how many of those do they need lol?), so not the moving on scenario I would've imagined.

This worries me in the recruiting front alot more than schematic. I hope we are able to snag Schumann or some guys with connections in the south.. if not Kirby more than anyone is finna eat

What happens on defense is my concern. Washington's defense was no where near our defense last year. Hope our defense continues to improve.
