I would take Washington's...

Offensive Coordinator
Offensive Line Coach
Wide Receivers Coach

Transfers:

Jabbar Muhammad (For Sure)

According to Brock Huard, he will bring the entire staff with him.

Alot of people claiming Grubb and the WR coach is coming. I would expect with this type of hire he brings a lot of his staff with him and maybe a few elite recruiters stay on staff. Gonna have to hit the ground running to make up recruiting relationships. But for now he has the most time before the early signing day to do it.

needs to get some southeast guys on defense. Whoever his defensive coordinator is, needs to get Schumann instead

Bring all he wants but the DC needs to be some mix of TRob and Schumann in a perfect world

Any if them with SEC ties?

I think the staff having SEC ties is probably even more important than the head coach having them.

I'm sure Saban will have a few suggestions.

Needs to make calls to Ryan Williams and Isaiah Bond while he's in the air!

I'm sure Bonds is working with a quickness to get his name withdrawn.

Malachi Moore posted DeBoers picture on instagram with the sub glass smiling emoji. Hopefully that’s a good sign for all of them.

Malachi loves the hire! Caleb Odom does to.

Lawson, Milroe, Malachi, Downs, and Booker are the team leaders and I think this team stays as locked in and loyal as possible.

We need him like yesterday...

It sounds like we didn't just hire DeBoer, it sounds like we may have hired his entire staff. Brock Huard flat out said we did. And looking at their Bios, almost every one of them coach with him before Washington. Not saying we won't keep anyone, but doesn't seem like we will interview many.

The great thing about that would be the coaching staff is all on the same page with expectations and they only need to get the players up to speed.
