TV or Projector for Large Viewing Area

Looking for recommendations for putting either a TV or projector in a very large room. The distance from the wall to the viewing area is around 21'.
I'm thinking a projector is the answer because I'm not sure even a 85" TV will be big enough for a viewing distance that large. This will be mostly used for movies or football games at night. Also, the room contains a lot of windows so during the day the room is very bright from natural light.
Thanks

Can you mount it to the ceiling? It'll be hard to findd one that throws 21 ft, so you will have to mount it to the ceiling. Also although you can see the screen in daylight, I would recommend buying blackout curtains. Lastly, I recommend getting a screen or making one yourself. Silver screen paint LINK is the best, cause it reflects well in rooms with high light levels, such as daylight.
I have always had Epson projectors. I started out with the 2030, but once it died I bought this one:

I have it about 10/12 ft away from the wall and it throws a screen about 150" in diameter. It goes up to 300" though.

Plenty of commercial grade projectors can go that distance.

I know, I meant that will give you a small enough screen.

How bright during the day? Even some of the nice JVC projectors that can get very bright (for a projector) still looks like shite in a really bright room. You’re going to want to at least put up some curtains to control the brightness. I’ve got the Sony 675es 4K projector and I rarely watch it during the day..and that’s with only one window in our theater.
Agree with previous post and mount to ceiling. We have a 150 inch screen and the projector is about 15 feet from screen. It’s ceiling mounted.
