We Need GIFV Capability

There are so many great GIFVs out there that we can't post because it isn't supported

While I agree, most of the time you can just delete the "v" off the end of the URL and it will work.

Many cases this will work. Some it will not.
Cannot do .webm most cases this way. You just hope they have uploaded the vid as a gif.
