Correct. FL had 8.8% positive with new individuals tested. Not perfect, but not alarming.

FL is also reporting in those 3200 cases ~659 positives of already known positive individuals. Meaning they are hospitalized, or under medical treatment/quarantine and being retested.

So you're telling me they have tested a person positive...that person is in the hospital or under medical treatment which to me obviously means they are still showing symptoms but they are retesting these people and adding them to the case count????

For the life of me I cannot understand why these states are reporting data the way they are. The only number they should try to estimate around is new INFECTIONS per day. We've been doing this shite for 3 months people....Hello?? McFly???
