Well you see, I started this business because I haven't seen an effective agency in the Shreveport/Bossier area. I saw a market and I took a risk

One of my clients does this in Atlanta and it’s a fairly successful business. Moreover, she really enjoys it.
Your primary issue is your website. The first thing my client did was have a company design an amazing website for her business. It was several thousand dollars but worth every penny.
While you might meet your potential clients in person, your website is your true first visual impression on what your company can offer. Your site looks outdated, unprofessional and unsettled. A web design company can work with you to resolve all these issues.
Another issue with your site...you’re an web ad agency, yet you have no ads on your site. If I was a perspective client of yours, that would concern me A cool feature on my client’s site is a rolling ad banner that includes all of her clients. Literally free advertising for her clients, plus it makes them feel important.
If you’re having a hard time getting clients, maybe offer a few of them a couple months of free/extremely discounted services and try to win their business that way.
