In Rome for another three days and need some dinner/night cap recommendations. We’ve been eating drinking in Pantheon square area but am well aware of hour touristy it is. Thanks in advance!

Yes, it’s touristy near the Pantheon, but the restaurant Armando al Pantheon is good and serves classic food. LINK
If you’re sick of Italian food, there’s a pretty good sushi place just off of Piazza Navona, a few blocks from Pantheon, called Tora. It has a bunch of non sushi on the menu as well.
And in the completely non traditional for Rome, there’s a microscopic Indian place run by Shue, who serves vegetarian food and fresh juices not too far away. Pakoras, samosas, a dish of the day w rice.... called Vega Food, run by Shue and his wife. He used to be a waiter at the Indian cultural center in the Ghetto neighborhood, and now he has his own place. Sometimes you need a juice and vegetarian food palate detox after days of cured meats, cheeses, and wines. Vega Food doesn’t have a website, but if you google it, you’ll see plenty of pics and reviews.
Central Rome is very compact, don’t be afraid to walk to another area to find what you want.

Also, take a short stroll over to where via Arenula meets Via Florida, by the Largo Argentina archaeology site/cat sanctuary, Pizzeria Via Florida has pizza al taglio (by the slice) with interesting toppings. Here’s a trip advisor link with a bunch of pics of the food: LINK

If I was already in Rome I would ask some locals where they go eat, especially if you are tired of the touristy places.
