In BR/NO, you'll want to go private school. Trust me.

So, this guy is an idiot. In the BR area you have:

- BR High which has better outcomes than the majority of private schools (and the kids have better lives there). It is a magnet school though, so your kids would have to be selected.
- The entire magnet program in BR is excellent.
- Zachary school system - best according to test scores in the state.
- Ascensions schools - not so great but also will be pretty safe for your kids.
- Shenandoah Elem
- Parkview Elem
- Glasgow Elem

If in BR don't listen to these clowns that say you have to feed the pockets of some greedy institutions to get a good education.

In NO it is different. The only good public school I know of is Ben Franklin and it's outstanding. After that, it's all private schools.

Yeah, Baton Rouge High has a better outcome if you want to turn your kid into a SJW. That school if full of weird kids imo. Full of percings, colored hair, etc... They also have no major sports, so I hope your kid enjoys the preforming arts over Football and Baseball.

And as far as better lives, it's pretty clear that Episcopal, Catholic/St. Joe's, and U-High put out the most successful kids.
