CF gets a lot of hate by traditional gym goers because it appears to preach quantity over quality. I've seen many videos of people doing tons of incorrect pull-ups, push-ups, ect.
Also, it's been my experience that most cross fitters don't shut the frick up about cross fit.

Jesus Christ, amen. Saw some cat the other day in the gym doing box jumps and going straight into some sort of pull ups. He almost split his damn shins open 4 times and looked like he was humping the equipment when doing his version of "pull ups".

CrossFit is good cause it gets people actually doing something. The problem is, most crossfitters (the ones you DON'T see on TV) haven't ever done any exercise in 5-10+ years. So their form is fricked, they don't exactly know what they're doing and most tend to get injured and quit working out all together.

Lol! I have a friend on facebook who constantly hates on people for hating crossfit, then proceeds to mock normal bodybuilding.

No, they hate it because it's a threat to how they make their livelihood. I'm talking trainers. If they don't start adapting they are really going to start losing money in the future. It's why a ton of normal gyms are now incorporating CrossFit classes.

Saints are going to add CF the right way.. not like the retards do it at your local box. And by "adding it the right way" I mean olympic lifts (that they already do) combined with circuit training for time

I'm still laughing at that study in which close to 15% of the participants dropped out due to injuries caused by the program
