My wife runs a lot and she is a big believer in fish oil pills. She says that ever since she started taking them the pain in her knees have went away.
She says that it lubs the joints.

Thanks for the advice. I already take fish oil, though.
I take:
Morning:
Fish oil
Multivitamin (with energy & metabolism support)
Thermogenic
Pre-workout
MusclePharm Assault
Post-Workout:
MusclePharm Combat Powder (low carb protein shake)
and I just ordered BCAA+G, which should further help my joints and muscles repair quicker.
I was doing circuits every other day that included squats, maybe that was too often. Or maybe I did a set with bad form.. idk. All I know is both of my knees hurt when bent for a while or if I'm sitting down or getting up from sitting down, or going up stairs. Walking around is no bother at all.
