re: Another oil clean up idea. What y'all think?

i posted this idea and got no response, i guess it wasnt a good one. but, i think it makes sense. it will mobilize the fisherman and get them working. they can react quicker to the moving slicks and get closer inland. Most of the booms do nothing but deflect the oil, we need to get the oil out of the gulf. these would work well in conjunction with the booms.
