Those stadiums are better than plenty 1-A, and 1-AA stadiums.

$219 mil on 2 new elementary schools as well in Allen. That school is huge and still growing.
No state income tax. I have no problem with the property taxes. The taxes for school districts go along way to keep the property value up.
