All have some sort of connectivity
You can bypass the connectivity on any vehicle. You cannot bypass charging a EV. Gas can be stored easily and in large quantities. Electricity is much harder and more expensive to store.

Gas can be stored but has a short shelf life, even with stabilizers. Diesel lasts much longer. I wish I had a diesel truck and that bay be my next purchase.
