Three of my favorites that have not been mentioned so far.
Network, One of the best screenplay ever written.
Chinatown. "Saltwater, bad for glass."
L.A. Confidential. Crowe, Spacey, Pierce and Cromwell all nailed their roles. "Rollo Tomassi."
