Is he saying he’s a dude pretending to be a woman and wants to frick other dudes pretending to be women, but he actually means it as “gay sex” because he thinks they are both women?

This shite is confusing and makes my head hurt. I’m pretty anti abortion but in all honesty a baby conceived like that is doomed anyway. I just hope there isn’t a doctor stupid enough to even attempt this bullshite, and then on top of that I hope nature is smart enough to prevent it anyway. What a sick and twisted frick.
