I can tell you that Ida and other storms destroyed more marsh than a surface drive ever will in the areas I fish. Maybe thats not the case in your area. Do they help the cause? No, but let's not act like that's the main factor, or even a major one, in coastal erosion.

I believe I clearly said air cooled engines shouldn't be in the marsh?
Your understanding of it (liberal use of that word) is changing.
