What's stopping people from driving around in them during the day destroying marsh, or having mud runs which would destroy marsh? Should we outlaw that too? I can tell you that Ida and other storms destroyed more marsh than a surface drive ever will in the areas I fish. Maybe thats not the case in your area. Do they help the cause? No, but let's not act like that's the main factor, or even a major one, in coastal erosion.
