I must respectfully disagree. I challenge anyone here to swear / state that after the last "tort reform" measures, a mere 3 years ago, your insurance went DOWN. That was precisely what it was supposed to do. Yet, again, Nothing changes. Its a simple talking point.

And, SFP is correct, its smart targeted marketing. I can't fault them for that. Just aint how my grand daddy practiced.
