Serious answer in case you aren't trolling:
If you are trying to avoid what is wrong with Atlanta....the demographics...BR and Nola are worse.
Go to Northshore (Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Abita) or Lafayette. Demographics are much better, and lifestyle much more enjoyable.
That being said, you should head northeast or north of ATL to Gainesville, Dahlonega, Cleveland, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Blairsville, or even Murphy NC. I settled there recently. Excellent demographics. Never lock the door. I know half the town it seems. Only drawback is it's hard to find labor.

Appreciate the genuine response.
those are good spots but ideally would want to be within 1 hr of an Intl Airport.
I also think the N Ga mtns are kind of mid- I’d probably go Cashiers/Highlands but I’d probably miss the lack of big city amenities. Boone/ Banner Elk maybe.
Also lived in Georgia for a good portion of my life and looking to mix it up.
Louisiana also closer to the Rockies, where I spend alot of time.
