If we can afford it (which I assume we can) why not pretty much have a 3 deep coaching staff for each position to learn from their predecessors? I think Syracuse and Penn State would be good, Penn State being an AAU member like Mizzou and A&M makes sense academics-wise plus they are a perennial power in football (when not on probation). Syracuse is great at basketball and with the money, from the SEC we can make them even better in football ...
