I hate playing UCF on the road this year...they won 10 games last year, I don't care what conference they're in, if you win 10 games and you're at home, you're gonna pose challenges. If we lose it'll be horrendous, but if we win, it won't mean much at all....

There's too much luck involved in a schedule that only has 12 games and each game can be decided by one play. Miles is 2nd awesomest...

nah deeprig, genuinely interested in knowing if a team has lost by 4 touchdowns midway through the season and still finished in contention. no disrespect-we're not 28 points better than UGA last year, just like UF wasn't 33 points better than us, just how the game turned out....

I'm not saying Bama wasn't the best team in any of their last 3 championships...just bringing up the fact that we wouldn't see games like the Giants v Pats back in 06 or 07 if NFL voted the 2 best teams in....

With the college game being such a "what have you done for me lately" type of game, the obvious subjectivity of which two teams are in the championship, and the big M in "MNC", wouldn't you rather be 10-2 and relevant every year? From a coaching standpoint, I can't think of a more media-chub matchup than Spurrier v Meyer. One's a media darling and the other's a douchebag. HBC is about 70 and winding down. Meyer is 40ish and primed to make the big 10 relevant. HBC...
