SIAP - The am station in tampa (620) is reporting that monte kiffin will be stepping down at the end of the season.
Does not bode well for Tennessee's rebuild if true....

My take is he is tired of losing. Winning at USC is a lot more difficult than winning at UF.
He was never a balls-out recruiter, even at UF. Recruiting is what it takes to win in the SEC right now, especially at USC. I think he has the desire to win, but he doesnt have the desire to do what it ...

I cant pretend to be familiar with Mississippi State from previous years, outside of win/loss record.
