I'd be an impartial judge - IF the guy is found guilty I'd fine him harshly and require full restitution which could be in the 100s of thousands and require him to do a day of jail time for every $100 he couldn't pay.
I'd also ban him from ANY college campus or sporting event for life with a susp...
