UGA clearly has more talent than LSU, always has. We produce far more talent in the state than LA does. Granted we're not always able to keep the better ones since UT, Auburn, Bama, UF, Clemson, FSU, SC, etc. have raided our state over the decades, but since Richt has been here he's done a much bett...
