Here are some non national title games off the top of my head.
Georgia/Bama 2012: Actually, about 5 SEC teams probably have a game they wish they could get back that year. Georgia had the final shot. Whoever won the SEC was going to clobber Notre Dame.
Bama/Auburn 2013: Bama had many chances...

LSU’s 2 are 1997 Florida and 2007 Ohio st unless i’m missing something.
some of Bama’s off the top of my head are Miami 92, LSU 2011, Notre Dame 2012, Clemson 2017, Georgia 2021, Georgia 2023, Florida 2009...

I keep seeing the word generational. How long is a generation these days? 4-5 years? Generational QB suggests there was not a better QB just 5 seasons ago.
Hooker for example could have been Tenn’s generational QB if he could have finished the job....

I thought A/M brought a lot of worth right away. They hosted Florida early in the season. Tight game against LSU. Game of the year candidate upsetting Alabama. QB won the heisman.
It was a big year to make a big splash.

Mississippi State
also Texas and Oklahoma
nice top 6 program.

Alabama with one final four is ranked above Michigan State with 10 final fours and 2 national titles.
Ranking the non top 10 teams just on 20 win seasons shows this guy does not know shite about basketball....

They are putting out an entertaining form of basketball right now. The UNC game was as good a tournament game as I’ve seen in a few years.
Not a huge Oates fan but I like watching his style of ball....
